Cancellation

  • Cancellation of orders is possible within 4 hours of placing your order by clicking the "Cancel" button on your dashboard. Refunds will be processed promptly for cancellation requests within this timeframe. After 4 hours, cancellations cannot be done. Please note, Cancellation requests result in a handling fee of Rs. 50.
  • After the refund has been initiated, as per the Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 3-7 Business Days.

7 Days Replacement Policy

  • Screen Guards: Replacement is available only for damaged items.
  • Mobile Displays: Replacement is offered for damaged products or those with manufacturing defects. An unboxing video and a video showing the defect are mandatory.
  • Process: Contact support@wrafer.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return. A shipping address will be provided for returning the product.
  • Replacement Only: Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched. Refunds are not available.

Terms and Condition for Returns

  • For free replacement – customers must record and submit an unboxing video as proof of their claim. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
