Cancellation

• Cancellation of orders is possible within 4 hours of placing your order by clicking the "Cancel" button on your dashboard. Refunds will be processed promptly for cancellation requests within this timeframe. After 4 hours, cancellations cannot be done. Please note, Cancellation requests result in a handling fee of Rs. 50.
• After the refund has been initiated, as per the Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 3-7 Business Days.

Returns

• We accept returns and provide replacement only if the product recieved is damaged.
• Please email us at support@wrafer.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
• We will provide you with a shipping address for the product to be couriered back to us.
• Once we recieve the product, we will dispatch a replacement.

Terms and Condition for Returns

• For free replacement, return, refund of any item – customers must record and submit an unboxing video as proof of their claim. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
